Marina Bay
Marina Bay is an open bay near the Central
Area of Singapore. After most of the future developments are
completed in 2010, Marina Bay will be Singapore's
entertainment cum business hub, boasting an Integrated
Resort at Marina Downtown. In addition, new developments
such as the Singapore Flyer (a ferris wheel overlooking the
Marina Bay and Central District) and Gardens by the Bay will
bring about a large amount of tourists each year.
After the opening of Singapore's 1st
Integrated Resort, Marina Bay will then have a more
extensive rail system, in which the Downtown Line will be
built to connect tourists from the Integrated Resort at
Marina Bay Downtown to other city areas such as Chinatown
and Suntec City.
